Baxandall Bass Treble – This Classic Bass Treble Circuit was First published in Wireless World in 1952 developed by Respected Peter J. Baxandall. this is the Original Dual Capacitor Version of the more common single capacitor circuit. It gives symmetrical cut and boost curves and is easily controlled. Baxandall Active Gain Control Another Great circuit from Respected Peter J. Baxandall. the active gain circuit gives a boost of 17dB to amplify 150mV input signal to 1 Volt output signal sufficient to drive most power amplifiers. as we know that bass treble circuits phase inverse the signal, the gain control again inverse the phase so output is in the same phase as input. Working Voltage = 15v – 0 – 15v Bass – Treble Boost Cut = 15 dB Break Frequency – 1 khz. Active Gain Control = 17 dB Max Gain JRC4558, TL072, LM833 can also be used in place of NE5532
