Parts Used:

Diodes:
D1 & D2 – IN4007

Resistors: (All 1/4 Watts)
R1 – 2.2K
R2 – 240E
R3 – 4.7K (Preset or Pot)

Capacitor:
C1 – 100nF (poly)
C2 – 100nF (Poly)
C3 – 100uF (25V)

For rectification, we can use four diodes or Bridge Rectifier: DB107 or W10

L1 – Red LED 5mm

IC:
LM317

Miscellaneous:
